You know about Black Friday, but have you heard of Museum Store Sunday? The Westmoreland History Shop will be one of 1,400 museums around the world offering relaxing, inspired shopping for Museum Store Sunday on November 28. When you purchase a gift from a museum store, you help to sustain the museum’s service to its community and the public.

The Westmoreland History Shop will be offering 20% off merchandise (except consignment). The shop includes history-inspired books for adults and children, holiday and home décor, stocking stuffers, ornaments, vintage toys and games, jams and jellies, handmade ceramics, jewelry, artwork, and more. Museum Store Sunday offers a special shopping experience in one-of-a kind stores showcasing broad assortments of unique, mission-specific gifts.

Additionally, the day includes special children’s activities like holiday card making (some of which we will donate to local nursing homes), tree decorating, sweets, and free admission to the exhibit gallery.

Our shop is located in the Westmoreland History Education Center at Historic Hanna’s Town.
