August 1st & 2nd 2026 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m–Step back in time with your family to 1763, and visit Bushy Run Battlefield where
hundreds of dedicated volunteers, reenactors and living historians will immerse you in the stories, tools, crafts, weapons and garments of that time.

This is a two day, free event, where you can participate in guided walking tours of the museum and the grounds, listen to experienced speakers about the era in the museum, participate in kids’ historical activities, take home gifts from one of the nicest museum shops around, and view the authentic reenactment of the Battle of Bushy Run.

There is something for everyone in the family for the 263rd anniversary of the battle, but please leave your pets safe at home — because the battle is authentically loud! Golf carts will be available to assist you travel around the grounds and admission to all events is free, although your generous donations help the Bushy Run Battlefield Heritage Society keep history alive.
